Terms of Service

1 What ScoreCard is

ScoreCard is a free tool that analyzes your resume and provides an automated score and feedback. It is operated by Ofra ("we," "us").

2 The score is guidance, not a guarantee

ScoreCard's scores and feedback are generated by an automated AI system. They are opinions and suggestions, not professional career advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. We do not guarantee that following ScoreCard's feedback will get you interviews, offers, or any particular result. Use your own judgment.

3 Acceptable use

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. You agree to use ScoreCard only for scoring resumes you have the right to submit. You agree not to: abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service; attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the tool; upload anything unlawful or that isn't a genuine resume; or use automated means to access the service beyond normal use.

4 Your content

You keep all rights to the resume you upload. By uploading, you give us permission to process it solely to generate your score. As explained in our Privacy Policy, we do not store your resume.

5 Our content

ScoreCard, including its scoring system, design, and text, belongs to us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute it.

6 No warranty

ScoreCard is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, accurate, or error-free.

7 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ScoreCard. Because ScoreCard is a free tool, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to zero dollars ($0).

8 Changes

We may update these terms or the service at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
