About Ofra

I built the system I wish I'd had.

Why this exists

I'm a student. Like most students, I spent a recruiting cycle applying to internships the way almost everyone does — send out as many applications as possible and hope volume does the work.

It didn't. I never tailored my resume. I never really optimized it either. I took what I had, sent it everywhere, and trusted the numbers game. What I got back was a subpar outcome and a lot of wasted effort.

Looking back, the problem wasn't effort. It was that there was no system. No intention behind which roles I went after. No structure to how I applied. No throughline connecting my resume to the jobs I actually wanted.

Volume without direction isn't a strategy. It's just noise you're making on purpose.

So I built the thing I needed at the time — not a resume template, not another AI writing tool, but a complete system: figure out what you should actually be going after, build every document to support that, and give you a plan you can execute without thinking about it.

What we believe

Three things that shape everything Ofra does.

Be systematic

Every part of an application should reinforce every other part. A resume, a cover letter, and a target list built separately will contradict each other. Built together, they compound. That's the whole thesis.

If you're going to do it, do it right

There's no point producing a resume that's marginally better than what you had. Either the work meaningfully raises your odds of getting an interview, or it wasn't worth doing. That standard applies to every document Ofra generates.

Execution is what actually matters

The best materials in the world are worthless if you never send them. That's why Ofra doesn't stop at documents — it ends with a day-by-day plan and a tracker, because the difference between a good application cycle and a bad one is usually whether you actually followed through.

Start somewhere

See where your resume actually stands.

Ofra is pre-launch. ScoreCard, the free resume scorer, is live and in beta. The full system is running in beta with a small group of early clients while I refine it.

ScoreCard is free, takes about 30 seconds, and needs no account. It'll tell you exactly where your resume is losing points — which is the first thing worth knowing.
